When is cashback ineligible?

  • Champagne, Penfolds and non-alcoholic products are ineligible for cashback. (Sparkling wine & Non-alcoholic beer are eligible for cashback).
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment will result in your cashback being ineligible
  • Purchases made from members located in the Northern Territory location are ineligible for cashback.
  • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • Purchases paid partially or in full with Everyday Rewards or WOW Rewards are ineligible for cashback.
  • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

Important Notes

  • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.

  • Saw the BWS deal yesterday so thought I would sign up and support Topcashback… clicked through and completed purchase as I usually do. Alas no email confirmation or mention of cashback on my account. Disappointing way to start out. That was at 10.00pm last night.

    @TopCashback AU Rep.Mine didn't track even after 24 hrs.I tried to contact them through the above mentioned link but the support page says"We’re sorry, this retailer doesn’t allow us to make claims for missing cashback. However, feel free to get in touch here to see if there’s anything we can do for you." Anyway I submitted enquiry and waiting for their response.

    I've just looked into this for you and it looks like the other purchases were made with BWS. Yesterday's offer terms included a $30 maximum cashback cap during the offer and it looks like you have surpassed this which is why those transactions aren't appearing in your account.

    Hmm .. 502 Bad Gateway.
    Hopefully they are doing maintenance but don't think anyone will use them after this if things don't track etc.

    Another person here who it hasn't tracked. I know they say it can take 7 days but then others get it when a couple of hours I'm super doubtful that this one will track. I've submitted a query and will follow up in 7 days anyway

  • @TopCashback AU Rep - I've been told my local BWS doesnt have all items I've ordered. If they make a partial refund, will i still get 40% off the final value of the sale?

      Just put in a claim. I have but nothing yet. May take a long time sorting it out but the slab I bought was $7 off anyway. Probably wouldn't have bothered if there was no cashback though.

    My claim was not tracked and I submitted the missing cashback claim over a week ago. They just say we will look into this for you, but nothing afterwards. Lesson learnt. Will never use them again.

  • Mine also was never tracked, tried to contact support but under "Please enter the retailer name:" BWS isn't even an option.

  • Well I've submitted the cashback claim. It says the retailer can take a few months to respond to topcashback :/

    • Mine still doesn't show anything too - takes a long time to get it sorted, but have a screen shot of BWS visit recorded. After that it's hard to know what happens to be honest.

      • I clicked on the update from TopCashBack and it asked me to accept the offer of $30 as that was maximum cap for the promotion. I then checked my earnings and the $30 was ready to withdraw immediately
