    over 28kg !? Is that a lead-acid battery?

  • "throttle can be unlocked" - does this mean you can accelerate with no pedaling? If so what's the max speed on throttle only?

does this mean you can accelerate with no pedaling?

      That would be illegal.

Driving an unregistered motorised vehicle can be a very expensive mistake…

Only if you're riding it on open roads/areas.
        There's a world out there

        • -1

I guess you could ride it in circles around the Hills hoist in your backyard.

@jv: Maybe you can take one for a ride JV off the end of a pier.

            • @paulaus: They're not wateproof.

              It would void warranty.

  • Don't think this is legal for use on public roads in Australia

  • 35KM (electric mode)/55KM (moped mode)

    What does that mean?

    • (35+55)/2=45

Absolutely no mention about the most important part… brakes ? Photo's appear to show cable operated disc brakes.

Better value with GT5 model with double battery size at 20A and even more illegal 400w motor plus $30 cheaper:

  • Victoria: An EPAC (formally known as a Pedalec) is a type of power assisted bicycle equipped with one or more auxiliary propulsion motors. It allows a maximum power of 250 watts, with a safeguard allowing for power assistance only when the bicycle is travelling at less than 25km/h and the rider is pedalling. This means that the rider must pedal to obtain help from the auxiliary motor(s) and cannot simply be propelled by the motor alone. Note: The motor may operate without the rider pedalling up to a speed of 6km/h.
