      Kotobukiya's kits are better in every aspect, in my opinion. Some might say that the bandai releases has the bendy arms and that those are better. But I prefer koto's kits. More precise, better color separation and the supposedly boast major possability/articulation.

      They start to depart from the series around 2.0 I think

              @WingedNike: Yeah there's always rabid fans on either side. Nature of most anime fans for some reason.

              Guess since I grew up watching most of it without being conscripted by the culture I've just always judged it with a similar view to other media.

              Flaws are flaws, it's an incredibly iconic series for it's time and influence on the mecha genre and "space opera" thematic.
