Menulog Pickup System Issues

Why is it that menulog is so frustrating to deal with? I always put in orders for ASAP but every time I seem to place an order for pickup, the store owner asks the question. Please select I'm here on the app but there is no option to do that. So annoying. Like today I specified ASAP and the order came up as ready by 1:20pm. Store owner couldn't do anything until it showed on their system. Is this just me or is it happening to lots of people?

Seems to be an issue with my usual kebab joints for some reason the Indian restaurant down the road doesn't have that issue but probably because their food takes longer.

    What did menulog advise when you asked them? If it's frustrating you & it isn't user error then it could be a glitch in their system.

      they don't have a phone number or email only an FAQ so I'm stuck

  • I've had the same issue at my local kebab place. I would order HSP, and they only start making it after I get there and ask about it.

    It is usually pretty fast so I don't mind, in fact - prefer it when freshly made.

    • Is the "order at the counter" price the same as the Menulog price? In my area, Menulog is more expensive than walking in.

        Menulog is more expensive but I use the $5 off $15 spend pick up which makes it slightly cheaper.

          It depends. Sometimes pick up on menulog can be the same as the take away in store price other times they mark it up. Then when you use one of the codes it can usually end up cheaper than the in store price. Eg footlong subway for $11 with a cookie works for me when using the $5 off $15
