Any $0 PAYG Mobile Plans? Receiving Calls or SMS Only

Probably 10 years ago I use to have one of those $0 PAYG plans where it was only used to accept phone calls. Then Slimtel went into voluntary liquidation :(
Then moved to Telstra $2 SIM then activated it for longest term at highest call cost (think it was 12 months).

Coming to the present, what are people doing for the cheapest mobile SIM for receiving calls only.
The best one I can find seems to be $50/year C Mobile Red Plan.

    Amaysim $10 per year.

    if you are considering that $50 cmobile plan, then spend $10 more and get the $60 amaysim unlimited call and text plan for existing customers. Buy any of the 28 day plans on sale for $10 currently and after 27 days, switch to the $60 plan. Combine with cashback from cashrewards.
