Personally I had atrocious service from them, they rarely reply to emails/tickets, no one answers the phones and eventually I went with a credit card dispute to get the refund I was owed (after 2 months of trying to deal with them).
I had a similar bad experience with them.

The official Resmed site should price match so you don't have to deal with this dodgy site. I got 4g machine and two masks for $1450

They will charge a restocking fee for cancelling now most likely.
I tried to cancel an order that said was in stock but ultimately was not and was weeks away.
They referred me to their T&C's when I tried to cancel. Wouldn't have much luck with a chargeback as a result either.

I've taken it into the Resmed shop for repairs and warranty claims, so have had very little to deal with the retailer since.
How did you get them to price match?
I called up and they price matched over the phone. Got it delivered the next day.

Having said that, it is same price or cheaper to buy the AirSense 11 from the US. Any comment on this? Is the 10 better?
