Hey Oz Bargain Community,

Keeping this one short and sweet to round off the EOFY. We've received multiple requests recently via email, DM and comments, to feature our crowd favourite Moments to Memories blend in a deal. You asked, we've listened, so here we go :)

We're offering you a 40% discount off our crowd favourite Moments To Memories Blend, only $14.55 per 500g (usually $24.25 per 500g), and $25.50 per 1kg (usually $42.50 per 1kg)

Deal valid for orders placed until 07/07/2023, unless sold out before. You can pick from the available green circle dispatch dates on the cart page. Dispatch can happen for you as near as Monday and as far as the last Thursday in July. Once a given dispatch date is at full capacity the green circle will be removed and date will turn red, first in best dressed :)

Some helpful info:

  • You're welcome to place multiple orders scheduled for dispatch at various dates (delayed dispatch) to make the most of this deal, we strive to dispatch our fresh coffee within 48 business hours of roasting
  • One dispatch per order
  • If you select 500g as a quantity please ensure you also select 500g as the packaging option. If 500g is selected as a quantity with 1kg as the packaging selection the product will show as "unavailable"
  • 500g bag packing (it's resealable) is also available for orders larger than 500g this is an extra $3.60 per kg including the discount (normally $6 extra per kg) to cover the extra bag/s, label/s and time it takes to pack
  • Complimentary gift notes can be written in the designated space on the cart page."
  • The largest bag size we use is 1kg and it has a zip (it's resealable), for example if you order 4kg with 1kg packaging you will receive 4 x 1kg bags, you will not receive a single huge 4kg bag.

Following the success of our recent trials of new shipping rates, we've decided to extend these for this deal too :)
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $69. We recommend freezing any excess bags purchased to quality for free shipping, without compromising on enjoying fresh coffee.

    • Morning @Spending2Much thanks for reaching out!

I've noticed those brewers are really growing in popularity recently. To clarify, just so we're on the same page, are you asking what the ideal grind selection is or type of coffee?

      • Both, please Tom

I've just ordered one of them, and have my next order of Columbian being shipped 13/07
        Thanks

        • How wonderful @Spending2Much thank you so much for another terrific order!

In terms of grind size Plunger grind would be most ideal for that particular brewer; if you need you order changed accordingly, please send a reply email to your order confirmation with the request.

In terms of a specific coffee, all our options should work really well from an extraction perspective. In terms of flavour, that's subjective based on your personal preference e.g. very chocolatey = our Brazil SO; still chocolate notes, but also fruity notes too = our Colombia SO; somewhere in the middle = our Moments to Memories blend…

p.s. when cold brewing it's best to consume decently efficiently after the brew is complete. Due to relatively high acidity levels of coffee, without pasteurisation (hot coffee addresses this), preservatives or alcohol, cold brewed coffee is a breeding ground for microbes…don't want you feeling crook :)

  • Is this good for a latte?

    • Hey @Westpac yes, Moments extracts and cuts through milk really well for a latte!

  • What is the ideal dial in for these beans? i.e. the ratio and the yield etc?

    • Hey again @Westpac appreciate the follow up question!

For future reference we always put our recommended brew guides on our bags.

Here's our brew guide for Moments milk based coffees (espresso/black and filter are different):

      Milk Based Guide 1 : 1 Ratio = 20g In : 20g Out : 18 Seconds Contact Time/Extraction topped up with 150g-200g of 63°C textured milk :)

      • thats great and thanks for the instant reply. Is this for a double shot?

        • +1

Sure thing, glad my response was helpful. It's a double ristretto, so from an extraction perspective it's more than 1.5 shots and less than 2 shots :)

  • Thanks Tom! Just opened the pack this morning, beautiful coffee.

    • How wonderful to hear @IamEzza thank you so much for your order and that terrific compliment!

I'm so glad our fresh coffee is a winner for you :)

  • any chance of super light roast filter speciale for us punters? love your work!

Just wanted to say that I am extremely happy with my Lime Blue order. The Moments to Memories blend is delicious, as is the Swiss Water Decaf that I'm enjoying right now at 930pm! On top of the great coffee, the customer service was excellent - I requested a change to my order and it was handled with ease and a great attitude. The Tim Tam was also a nice little treat. I'll be a returning customer for sure. Thanks team!
