The T&C clearly states that it is redeemable over the app. Don't blame the poor folks at the counter they don't make that decision. If you are really upset go storm the KFC headquarters and unleash your anger at the management folks.

At my local KFC now, and their EFTPOS machine is down, and none of the kiosks work either? I guess the kiosks use the same backend as the app?
Haha how conveniently the app stops working and has no pick up. Not worth the hassle. We should stop promoting such deals that don’t get honoured .

I agree with this though. They have had the least transparent price points for decades. Also very heavy handed in pushing people to consume more than they want. And the quality control and order accuracy is the most random of any chain.
