    I will never ever use Latitude ever again, since I was a victim of their cyber attack. Unbeknowst to me they said I still had a "credit acct" after doing a 24 month interest free purchase through Havey Norman 25 years ago!! I kid you not. That was done through GE Money which is now Latitude. That account should have been closed after my final payment within that 24 month period. It caused me a lot of grief refinancing recently.

      In the past when I have participated in these I have had to follow up with them to get the $. Often multiple times.

      You may need to follow up with an e-mail/chat, usually no problems giving cashback in my last couple of experiences.

          Sorry looks like no chat just e-mail, but they usually get back to you pretty quick.

          I received CB automatically from an UE order about 4 days after order completed without needing any follow up.
