I have 32GB of CL16 3209Mhz in my R5 5600. Same boat.
Having 16gig is my next bottle neck, its ok for now but getting really close
ram and ssd been falling in price, slowly gpus are starting too hopefully cpus can follow the trend and 1440p 144hz monitors are also decreasing
The ram/ssd issue is due to huge oversupply. Unfortunately all gpu wafer can (and will) go into ML applicants, so they'll just move silicon from their gaming GPUs to the enterprise space, and probably make more money doing it lol
