  I've had this feeder for 6 months and the food sensor has broken. It reports empty but it's full. The machine doesn't dispense and my dog keeps missing meals. Cleaning it helped for the first time, but now it seems permanently broken. Their customer service team is not great. They asked me to disassemble the unit and check the wiring of the motor! https://imgur.com/a/sKPC8HM
