      Works for me and plenty of others in chat.

      Make sure app is up to date and if still doesnt work see if you can order from another store - add the promo and then change back to your local store.

      It could also be that your local has turned off app orders for whatever reason.

    We used to be able to build our own bucket and add a bunch of wings to that. It worked to about $0.95 cents I think, is somewhere there. Those were the days.
    Now I feel bad about wings, cos every two wings is one chook.
    Then I feel good cos it's not being wasted.
    Then I feel bad cos it's all greasy af.
    Then I feel good cos it's nice and crunchy.
    KFC makes me emotional.

    I made the order for later pick up, but now when i want to pick up it comes up with an error message saying "something went wrong"

      Double check you are logged into the right account.

      Then go to order history, find the order and you can select pick up again.

    Not sure if it was just me, but I got a notification that I had to check-in for the pick up 30mins prior to the store closing. So pickup before the store closes might not be accurate.
