    I miss the big carl double patty double cheese burger. Was my favourite take out burger even when compared to independents, though sadly my local carls jr closed down

    Carl's jr gone from here. Silly location, they opened next door to maccas. Agree with the Wendy's comment. Wendy's cheese and bacon fries are great , tried them a few weeks ago.

      They screwed up the launch. They should have come out guns blazing, with lots of special offers to get people hooked.
      Instead they cheaped out, making you jump through hoops to get things (and then only one per person).

      It's not worth the effort to drive there. Plus, the one closest to me only has like 6 parking spaces.

      It's too bad because they have a lot going for them. Their Watermelon spritzer is super delicious!

    @msjb he's back! Know that I think of you every time we go to the Gold Coast (and get Carl's), those two bucks double cheesies are like 90% of my diet when I'm up there.
