Maybe it was with a prior version (not sure how old the 4th gen has been around for) but these were literally the worst headphones I have ever heard above $50. Very, very muddled sound all across the spectrum.

Would strongly suggest trying these before buying, unless for some reason you just really like the brand and the look. My opinion is that these are strictly fashion phones, the way that Beats used to be.

This 4th Gen has quite a lot of good reviews, I'm no audiophile but not a Beats fan either

  • Are they new or refurb?

To ensure every device is in perfect working condition, our refurbishing partners perform more than 70 quality checks before they are shipped. Going above and beyond with our quality assurance process is just one reason why we ship the best-rated products.

    • These are brand new in the box. I'd recommend the price match at Officeworks though!

  • The Marshall Major II were $50 in feb 2019 on amazon, i quite liked them.
They had 30 hours of battery.

These have 80 hours which is pretty crazy when you think about it.

    • I got some from the same deal, initially they ere the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever had, lots of stretching over a tissue box fixed that, I like the sound.

  • Obligatory "these go to 11"

  • The biggest challenge of buying a Marshall headphone is to manage to buy a genuine product. All marketplaces are flooded with fake ones. Unless you buy from genuine retailers, the chances are very high u get a fake.

If you find the fit uncomfortable, if the sound is muddy, you probably got a fake.
