    I spoke with Live Chat about getting a $10 credit for my birthday "today", and they said:
    "Unfortunately, you need to be subscribed before the birth of your month just came in."

      I signed up end of last month. My birthday was on 4.7. They said it usually gets send 3 days before the birthday. If not received contact them through live chat. First they sent a code which didn’t work then they applied credit to store.

      I would have just added 2x 3$ pairs of socks for our toddler marked down from $10 but they added store credit because my voucher didn’t work. There is not minimum use on store credit. Look in sale socks accessories. There are cheap other socks for adults too.

    After my birthday code didn’t work they applied $10 credit to my account (no minimum spent). After seeing I could have used the code twice, 2x $10 they just messaged me and added another $10 to my account as credit.
