  And also the sale price, is this probably what they get from the wholesaler? I mean $8, save $52 so normally it’s $60 but who would buy it at that price? And if it’s $8 then thats probably how much it really costs like it’s fake diamonds or whatever

    Mestige is pretty much name dropping Swarovski. The quality and worth is no where near the real Swarovski. Really no different to other costume jewellery like Lovisa imo.

  One thing to note while checking for reviews. All reviews will be based on the price people would have purchased it.

  For example : https://www.mestige.com/products/nova-necklace-2

  This is $60 in Mestige website whereas selling for $8 here.

  So if you want to purchase it for $60, obviously it's not worth it and hence the bad reviews. However when we purchase for $8 it can be still worth it.

  There's no way you can compare $8 Mestige product with Swarovski brand itself.

  Mestige with Swarovski elements has been sold on catch for several years if not decades now. Inflated rrp and then "sale" price. Hard to say how long it has lasted as I have bought a couple as small gifts but never heard back about them
  .
