Review comments are a bit concerning:

"its not the original quality polo, the shirt is really thin and seems a few washes will make it go saggy. I'll stick to Polo or Nautica for now then."

"Fits at first, but all the shirts I bought shrunk after a few washes (end up being too short) - I have various brands that don't shrink. buyer beware!"

"One machine wash and it turns size large to size XS"

    "Poor quality cheap material"

"The quality and material has changed a lot in the last two decades. The quality of manufacturing seems great however the material is incredibly thin compared to the days they were manufactured in France and Peru. These are made in Cambodia and the material is incredibly think. Just know if you catch something sharp on this shirt it's the end of it. I can hold up the shirt and see natural light come through it not just through one side but TWO sides when put together. I think you would have to be crazy to pay the RRP for these. Even at 65 dollars the material thickness is terrible. I'm sticking with Ralph Lauren Polo and may keep these just for Summer days when it's too hot."

I can honestly say that none of my 3 shirts:
      - Have shrunk
      - Are not authentic

I also know full well im paying for a brand. Looks great on me and I havent had any issues.

Best thing about all this - If you dont like it you can return it.

      • Can you still return it after you wash it?

Because the issue from those comments is that it shrinks after washing.

        • Yes - Like a tool that breaks a day after you can return it.

  • Lacoste have been garbage for years. Short, sack like fit and gets worse with every wash.

Eh mine are fine still and have had them for a couple of years now. I dont like the normal fits they are sacky but hte slim ones are great.

Interesting, i have to size up to a large in the Lacoste slim fits and normally wear a medium in most other brands. 172cms, 75kg, slightly broader upper body. Absolutely no chance I'd fit into a medium in these.

The only thing i hate about these is that the length is quite short.

    • I Agree.

Theres not way M would fit at that height and 88kgs.

Unless all the weight is in the legs and butt.

I'm 178 at 89 kgs and I have to get XL for Ralph and tommy shirts

Gonna give one a try. So far I like the G Raw polos the best. The Ben Sherman ones are decent for the price.

GSRaw ones are GOATED - They still have that good thick material feel.

These Lacoste ones ill never buy full price but 53% off is good to go.

Thanks man, good to know! Fingers crossed when I get this Lacoste one I don't feel like I've wasted a fiddy.

G Raw still on the watch list :)

I see these are madr in China. I have a couple of Lacoste polo's that were purchased from a Lacoste outlet store and they are made in Vietnam. I wonder if that makes a difference at to why the quality may not be as good?

    • +1

Oddly enough mine was made in Cambodia….

      • Bizarre how they bounce around. I reckon quality will definitely differ from place to place.

I vote +1 because you literally flexed on Ozb

Things I do for this community that has brought me hours and hours of joy, ridicule from my partner, and crippling debt.

      Much Love x

  • Bought a XL from costco, was like a uniqlo M. I assume gray import from Asia or something.

  • How did you fit in a Medium size?🤔

    • Check the photos in the description. Easily.

Most if not all of my shirts are Medium.
