Rewards will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account The Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account. Rewards should post to your account within approximately three (3) days (of being claimed) but may take up to two (2) weeks and must be redeemed no later than 5 February 2024. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account. Only 20,000 Reward redemptions are available during the Qualification Period; Rewards will no longer be awarded once the limit is reached.

    Miscellaneous: An Eligible Participant must be opted in to receive PayPal marketing before making an Eligible Transaction. Participants can opt in to PayPal marketing by selecting Marketing preferences under their Profile in their PayPal account. Redemptions are final. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the Reward (i.e., the value of the purchase amount less the Reward amount) and the Reward will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may, at its discretion, provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer.     Got my $10 on 6th day. To clarify you will receive a PayPal reward voucher, not a cash balance in your PayPal account. The PayPal reward voucher won’t be able to be transferred to bank accounts or other PayPal accounts.

      contacted google support, they said to contact paypal

      then message paypal, and rewards issued not long after messaging them

      they explained that, no email in my case, paypal said need the said marketing email on email inbox(as op posted), but they still issued a one time courtesy voucher right after

      you could try your luck if the rewards bait to "connect paypal" did appear when paying on your android phone

    I didn't actually get the email but I found that I am actually eligible. You should be able to check eligibility for yourself via the Google Play app:
    * Open the Google Play app
    * Open options menu by tapping on your profile picture (top right corner)
    * Go to 'Payments and subscriptions'
    * Tap on 'Payment methods'
    * Under 'Add payment method to your Google Account' you should see this if you're eligible
