I followed the instructions line by line in my birthday Baskin Robbins scoop email and it charged me full price without any birthday coupon discount. Tried to ask the store but they said they can't do anything about online orders. No contact or help available in the Baskin Robbins app either…
To be honest the Baskin Robbins app has been very dodgy… would not recommend it to people given my experience. No way to cancel or modify orders or get help as the Baskin Robbins stores are completely seperate..
