How do you know the total you've claimed? Do you just keep track yourself somehow, or do you ask them?
I have my own spreadsheet to help me keep track of what I can claim and what I have claimed, what can drop off after 2 years, etc.

Can also confirm still regularly making price protection claims successfully for up to 2yr old purchases. I keep a log of everything on Google sheets.
I used to have this whole Notes set up on Samsung notes, colour coded by card and everything it was awesome… Then they changed it and removed the coding so my system was unusable..
I use D notes and the header is the date and whos+what card, then price and item and store in body. If a deal pops up, I just search the item or when I see it's close to the end claim date I look up the current price.
If I need to do a total tally, I would need to click each claim notes and write down the amounts to calculate so cbb doing that often. I solely use my phone for this so don't make Google or Excel sheets for it. System seems to be working fine for the past 7 years :)
