Thanks Op. Purchased. I am old school and like my headset wired. Less complicated equals longer life. My G35 has lasted about 10 years, but the pads are now past their best.

  You can buy 3rd party replacement pads just search ebay. That is the scam Logitech and modern business now run, have easily breakable/wear down parts and not sell parts.

  Not sure if they'll have the G35 pads but I've replaced my Bose pads with ones from Wicked Cushions and they've been excellent.
