      Hahaha, "roughly equal to…"

      • +1

Yea bit of tongue in cheek

    • Oh and I didn't round it - it comes out to exactly 83.25 cents

anyone else feel that with up and go, yes, they taste awesome, but if its all you had for brekkie, you get hungry faster and more intense than if you'd skipped brekkie?

    • Yup… I don't buy these, as I need 3 or 4 of these at a time. Too yummy… too expensive :(

    • Isn't that generally what happens when you have breaky - it starts your metabolism and unless you have a very filling one, you'll get hungry faster than no breaky.

I usually try to have a banana or a musili bar with an Up n Go and it seems to last a while. Would be nice if there was more or i guess you could do 2 packs. One 250ml is equiv of 2 weet-bix, so depending on how many you would normally eat.

ps - "4 at a time" - that's like 1 litre of milk! Still, if you're paying less than $1 per 250ml, that's only $4 and pretty cheap compared to say a milkshake or Boost smoothie (mmm Breaky to Gogo~$6)

      • I question the "equal to two wheetbix part" its a liquid versus the fibre of wheetbix cereal. You are probably better off eating wheetbix.

    • They arent a meal replacement, Especially if you need to have 2 or more to fill full, it works out more expensive then sitting down for a bowl of weetbixs

But it's hard to eat a bowl of cereal driving in the car :-)

        • compress it to a small cube like what Homer does to spaghetti. Problem solved.

        • then he went to the phone, dialed the phone and said 'hospital please'

      • You're right. People using these as a meal replacement are kidding themselves.

    • yea these are rubbish as a meal replacement, if you are having these instead of a breakfast you will get hungry soon after. They are more a fillin for people who don't have time. I get them for my boyfriend who won't eat breakfast at all and is underweight.

Do you not like milk? What flavours have you tried? Did you chill it?

      • I like milk, but this isn't better than milk.
No it didn't chill it, just had it plain.

        • +1

I've been told it's disgusting unless it's cold. I've only ever had it cold so I'd believe it.

        • +1

Yeah, i find it tastes a lot better chilled.

  • I prefer fresh milk it gets me up faster :) *wink

    • I guess you like sucking on a cows udder?

  • Thanks OP. Good deal. Picked up couple of these packs at ALDI, South Melbourne. They still had quite a few left.
