Looks like old stock/discontued product. I needed a Poly/Plantronics BT600 adapter because I lost mine. New compatible ones shipped to Australia are more than $100. This is a smallish speaker with the adapter included.
As long as you don't mind USB A (or just buy a $10 USB-C to A adapter) this speakerphone is great in itself. It does audio over USB, so you don't have to have it charged. Audio quality is great for the size and call/mute buttons work with Teams. Big blue and red LED to indicate if mute is on.

Adapter pairs with other Poly/Plantronics bluetooth headphones (tested)

  @happy1923 Just checking, you received the dongle after purchasing the $61.88 listing? Thought I'd ask as there are some reviews that mentioned not receiving the dongle, and I noticed there's a separate "USB-C inkl. BT Stick BT600" purchase option from another seller which is $147.95.

    I selected the USB A option and the dongle was included in mine. If you dont receive it, you could dispute it as the description clearly mentions it —

  I got the emeet luna core plus. My colleagues say the voice quality on their side is amazing.
  So liberating to not have headphones on my head the whole day!

  Just arrived this morning.
  Didn't come with the adaptor though.
  Quality seems pretty good - people at the other end saying it's not quite as clear as the headset mic though.
