3x USB-C cables that are USB-IF certified. This means they're made to an independent standard, and should, theoretically, be a lot more durable and long-lasting than vast majority of cables which are not usb-if certified. Many of the more knowledgeable-seeming members of the USB subreddit recommend that USB-IF certified products be purchased due to their higher quality. YMMV.

FWIW, USB-IF certified cables don't come this cheap. Average RRP tends to be around $20-$25 for 1 cable. Do a search on Amazon and see for yourself.

If anyone wondering the length they are 1m.

      And they're usb2 speed.

      • Aw bummer

      • So I'm guessing these are designed more for charging, than data?

        • Yup unless you are getting much more expensive Thunderbolt 3/4 cables you'll find that you have to choose between charge rate OR transfer speed.

        • +2

honestly, I can't remember the last time I used a cable for data. I have syncthing for all data transfers - well worth checking out. can set up run conditions so the app only runs when you're at home and are charging the phone. blazing fast too, with wifi 6.

they're made to an independent standard,

    Who created the standard?

      • -6

That does not appear to mention who they are.

        • The same group of companies that made the USB specification. Also, from the link by at9:

The USB-IF, Inc. Board of Directors is composed of the following companies and their designated representative Directors:

          Apple - Dave Conroy
          HP Inc. - Isaac Lagnado
Intel Corporation - Abdul R. Ismail
          Microsoft Corporation - Matt Chung
          Renesas Electronics - Philip Leung
          STMicroelectronics - Gerard Mas
          Texas Instruments - Anwar Sadat

  • White is the same price too. Also these are rated for 100w.

  • good deal, the other cables I have received from them seemed fine.

I don't trust HEYMIX quality though

      • noted with thanks

    • fwiw - the zyron are way more premium

    • I think HEYMIX has a poor reputation hereabouts, but either way, the deal you've linked is for 2 cables, this is for 3, thus a better bargain.

      • FYI, I received both Zyron and HEYMIX. HEYMIX used much better material.
(HEYMIX : Premium Silicone; Zyron: plastic)

  • showing as $20.99 for me
