This is good. I can check my blood pressure now when I'm on the opposite side of the house to my arm.
If it can store data and draw nice graphs for you I do not think it is useless. Especially for people who have to monitor several times a day and see the dynamics.

Man I really just want a blood pressure that sends the data to apple health but seems like it’s hard to find one that works well.
I uses Withings BPM Connect and it worked with Apple Health quite well. The data is synced via WiFi so you may not even need the phone near by.
The only problem is that the reported values are often higher than Omron and Welch Allyn. If you search online and OzB, I'm not the only one complaining about its accuracy. For me I just use it to track the trends rather than focus on the numbers as it is so far the most user friendly BP monitor I've used.
Yeap, I know about that one, omron etc and all their respective issues. Hence the reason for my comment. Nobody seems to be able to nail the formula for a whole package yet…
