You must, during the Competition Period:
- scan the QR code shown on select promotional material that is displayed in select Stores only to be directed to an online form;
- confirm you are aged 18 years or over and provide and submit your mobile number and email address to receive an email from the Promoter containing a unique link (Promo Email);
- you then need to make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
click on the unique link contained in the Promo Email to fill out and submit the online entry form including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information to: claim either
