Pizza Hut is giving away up to 171,200 large pizzas as part of their Pizza for Goals promotion during the FIFA Women's World Cup

From Friday 21st July to Monday 21st August daily - 4pm to 6pm AEST

Maximum of 200 pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to any team including Australia
Maximum of 400 additional pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to Australia

    Penalty Shootout goals do not count towards the Goal dependant release as Penalty Shootout
    goals do not count towards a player's or team's tally. Penalty shootouts are considered
    separate to match results and are used only to determine which team progresses in the
    competition.

    At lunch either the Manager doesn't care or it was an office order, there was 4 people collecting orders as they came out.

      Yeah the problem is, you post a public code and it's taken instantly, used or some dickwad that just wastes a code for hell of it.

    Brah you guys got some tips, what to do if Store was closed and pizza hut website took my order, I am left without voucher, and without pizza. Also not to forget inconvenience of fuel, time wasted going to store.
    Had just used my last collected code from last week today, and this is what I got.

        Edit just checked there is no feedback code in email as per the pizzahut website. (Just an order tracking link which says order number but no feedback code or something like that)

        Dont know why I even bother with pizza hut now, it takes ages to score a single code, and even then pizza hut has really bad cs, accordingly dominoes would have been so much better. Would have at least issued refund instantly in store (if paid order, pizza hut store said they cannot issue refund even if i had paid for order).
        Store said to contact them next time noted my details and said they'll honor free pizza next time . How true that is going to be hard to say, not the same manager gonna be there each day, if i encounter another employee who's got no clue about it, then I'd be out of luck totally.

          Usually if Maccas or Hungrys stuff up my order and I ring them about it there's absolutely no problem getting it fixed next time I'm there. Red Rooster even replaced a whole family meal once for a small issue I had.

          CS is usually actually pretty good. They don't want bad reviews.

            @Ramrunner: Called them 3-4 different occasions. never answer call ever. Call always goes to their customer service team, (if ever only call back sometimes) Who always say replacement pizza, refund, store credit, new voucher issue beyond their control.

            Store initially promised i could get them on two different days (two orders i placed on same day like 8 hrs apart). Later they refused claim saying they never said such thing want me to place them on same day, and contact them to place order on same day as pickup.

            Called them again, still no answer as usual only talking to customer service (who are useless team, only there to connect caller to store, and when not answering say they cannot do anything, beyond their control.)

            Sorry to say but " CS is usually actually pretty good. " is totally wrong. Left them bad review now, after trying to contact them multiple times. I can tell you this as well if I had placed order, with card (aka payed for it) they would also be refusing refund like this. In my case I am lucky I didnt pay with my own money.

            Had used other pizza hut vouchers from another nearby store, they always honor it, and answer the call as well. So pretty sure the REAL issue is the arrogant, non-helpful pizza hut store (that particular one at very least), and their customer service team. I am honestly done with those useless stores, its a great way they claim credits from pizza hut (head office) for taking these orders, and never honoring them to customer.
