Nomad 60L Hybrid Travel Pack $169.99 (RRP $289.99) + $10 Delivery ($0 Members/$150+ Order) @ BlackWolf

Buying new camping gear and found this one, far from it's low of $90 but doubt we will ever see prices that low again. Good reviews and well regarded brand got one myself for upcoming multiday hikes. Not sure when this sale ends so get in soon.

Looks like Blackwolf has quite a few other packs, bags and sorts on clearance so give it a look if it takes your fancy.

    Capacity: 60L
    Weight: 2.5kg

That's heavy, right? After some googling it seems to be the heavy-ish standard.

Maikoh 70 looks like an even better deal, if you don't mind the colour:

    RRP: $329.99
    -58%: $139.99

    • Another great deal, lighter and bigger than the Nomad. If your a big accessory/peripheral type of person, important to note the Maikoh appears to have less buckles/loops/hooks to attach things too but i could be completely wrong here. this was the main reason i went with the Nomad but my partner got the Maikoh.

Interested in doing more hiking. What do people pack in these that requires such capacity?

packs like these are suited for multi day hikes where u need to carry tents, sleeping pads, food, water etc. If your interesting in just a single day hikes where u dont need to camp your honestly fine with your average backpack high school kids have for snacks and water. if your interested in more extensive hikes i'd look at the youtube channel MyLifeOutdoors, America focused but does some good product reviews and general tips.

I am an ultralight multiday hiker. This is my gear list to get a general sense. As a note, I have invested heavily into buying ultralight gear which does mean a premium $

I don't bring all this with me, but I use it as my packing list to determine what to bring - I get it down to below 9KG. My backpack is 36 litres (just under 600grams for a Gossamer Gear) and I have gone 5 days with it and all the essentials.

I need to buy more of what you have or get a lighter rifle! Envious of your total weight.
