  Same here, I've been playing golf a bit over the last year and was looking to buy new golf shoes, except I've started wearing trail runners and now realise I don't need dedicated golf shoes. I've got a pair of summer and winter GTX trail runners and they are brilliant for long walks and golf too

      I’ve got a few. Nike, Merrell, Salomon. The merrells are my favourite for golf but the Salomon GTX are great for wet winter days.
      I’m sure newer golf shoes are great too, but I doubt I’d ever go for a run in them or wear them off the course

        yea seems get more multi-use with your setup.
        thanks, might grab 1 dedicated spikeless golf shoe though (waterproof) and seek other summer trail shoe for dry days
