More like a info deal that most people (including my self) didn't know. Temu has a Price Adjustment Policy (Price Difference Returned within 30 Days of Purchase on the same item).

Important thing it's you need to apply for the Price Adjustment. It doesn't apply on it's own. That's why I thought it would be good to let people know.

It's a good policy though, they return you the price difference if the price drops within 30 days.
The quality of the items it's a hit and miss. I found some are garbage and some exceptional good value considering the quality. The good thing about it, there are free returns
It's been good for all my quality Lego knockoffs. Adds a few dollars for my next order.
@Clear I am bit confused why this been moved to forum. It's considered refund policy that's the explanation that I got. Is this deal with the ebay price guarantee not the same/similar policy?

eBay would be different since it applies to the price competitor plus 5% off. Then again other price match policies don't usually apply, so it's tricky and mod discretion applies.

@Scrooge McDeal: If you ever happen to feel hesitant about what to share, may I suggest perusing the deal posting guidelines available here? In case you require further clarification, I have personally utilised the TWAM submission process on multiple occasions before. The mods are very helpful.
@HamBoi69: Thanks for the advice. I was just a bit confused as some of the posting guidelines are lacking details. For example the Refund policy with the example above.
How quick is Temu to get from China? A lot quicker than Ebay/Ali coming to Australia? ;)
I have found it not bad. It all depends on the items that you order if they have available stock at their warehouse in Australia or they need to get it from China. Around a week it's the average I think.
Mine came from overseas. It's spent more time in Australia being cleared etc.
yeah i think everything from china.
but amazingly is they got them all consolidated in one big package, in a very short time. and when you got them it will have express post label on it!

go to your account, order history, click one of your order, there there is an option for price adjustment

took 3 friends to convince me initially i thought why bother i have aliexpress already they are all the same

blew hundred $$ already on temu. bye2 ali sucks your website and slow shipping
I only done the welcome deal where i got a $20 item (valued from ebay and ali) for $2
Everything else seems to be on par price wise but some of their deals make it better. $10 of $50 etc.
Only downside is they done have as much range as ali and minimum spend of $20 per order.
Shipping speed is decent.
2 main questions:
1. how do I check the price of this same item? How do I navigate in the APP?
2. how do I initiate the price difference? Is it in the RETURN/REFUND of the order?
Thanks. I guess I missed it as I just pass a few days after the purchase date. I can't find that button at all so I'm suspecting TEMU may hide it after 30 days.
yup after 30days then gone.
30 is long enough we cant expect 2 months then someone else will ask why not 3 then go on and on
