Look up their promos I won several free pizzas last days. Don’t forget to double dip. Use the free pizza voucher immediately again. If the time stamp is not later than a minute you should be able to get 2 pizzas.

  • +6

i haven't bought dominos in over a year, have the pizzas gotten smaller since then?

    • +7

I thought the same. And the ingredients seem lesser as well. Before lots of ingredients now widely spread apart. You've noticed the same thing?

    • i dont think so, but the boxes seem a bit different recently, dont have any old ones to compare but they feel a bit more…compact

      • +3

the boxes seem a bit different

We’ve switched to a new shape for our boxes, they’re meant to resemble the letter D (for Domino’s) and to seperate the design of our boxes from other pizza shops.

        • wow thats cool! cant say i noticed the D but it makes sense :)

    • +1

Pizza smaller, price higher. That’s like with everything right lol

    • Yes you can always assume that

But at least depending on your local store you can still get a decent pizza (not cardboard thin)

    • No, Pizza’s have not gotten smaller.

  • Instead of giving these Promos like this - I wish Dominos had made better pizza and hadn't hiked price too much. Anyways, finally some long running deals where Domino's "pizza deal" doesn't refer VALUE Pizza .
Would surely be eating some Peri Peri 🙂🙂

  • +5

So it's basically their Tuesday deal?

I'm not even sure these are worth it at half price anymore… Their value ones are, but they are excluded…

    • +3

Which tells me they're profiting off delivery charges.

  • Still haven't gotten my free pizza from their previous offer.

    • Which offer are you referring to?

  • +3

they are putting very less toppings and the weight has been reduced. Better to buy from some local business.

  • Pity the local in 2794, never ever accepts coupons/vouchers unfortunely.

  • +1

Haven't bought Domino's since my local turned off the vouchers. Nothing accepted, so I don't oblige

  • +7

Dominos are done … they were good 5 years ago and great 10 years ago, but now not value at all and taste terrible IMHO

    • +4

They would do better to cook their pizzas a couple of minutes longer so they aren’t so damp and limp. But that’ll cost them more so of course they won’t do it. Gotta squeeze every penny out of us.

      • -1

I mean, you are not supposed to eat them straight away. They keep cooking for delivery or on the way home.

      • +2

You can request in the store or over the phone for extra cooking time. There are no additional costs for this.

  • +1

Just tried 797974 and it's working at the moment

    • +1

Thanks, I've removed the start date for now. I'll add it back if they fix it up.

  • +1

I am getting the error "The Voucher 797974 cannot be used at this time of the day"😥

    • Thanks, I've added the August 7 start back on. I'm guessing they've 'fixed' the vouchers to the advertised dates now.

  • Bentleigh (Vic) has different codes.
Pickup discount code (excl. half n half, mini, Value & Value Max)- 831925
Delivered discount code (excl. half n half & mini)- 391837

  • Probably less stores then ever now.

  • carboard "pizza"

  • +2

It says "now with no delivery service fee" so why is there a difference in price between pick up and delivery?

    • no fee… just… double the price

  • 831925 pickup
    391837 delivery
    Melbourne eastern suburbs

  • Does anyone ever buy dominos without a voucher? Full price, I'd never buy them (even at 1/2 price it isn't an easy choice to buy their pizza), I'd rather pay just a little bit more and get a pizza from a local store.

To me, when a Dominos pizza gets to $4, they are worth it.

    • I’ve definitely seen people order pizzas at full price, order the counter without using the app. It’s mind blowing

    • I see plenty of people on thursdays/fridays ordering inside the Store…when i'm picking up mine - this is where all their profit comes from

    • lots of people, definitely not ozbargainers :p

they will rock up to the store and pay full price for 5 tiny pizzas for like $80, crazy

  • +2

A simple hack for those who like the value/value max range: choose the Designa (make your own pizza) which comes with a choice of 4 toppings. I've ordered a Hawaiian with extra cheese - $6.49 pick up after discount. Winner winner c̶h̶i̶c̶k̶e̶n̶ pizza dinner.

  • I feel like my local dominos is trying to pull a fast one and act as if this nationwide discount is a local store only thing. They just released a “community appreciation week” ad with 50% off pizzas between 7-13 august……

    • +1

The community appreciation week flyer you’re referring to was created by and designed by Domino’s Head Office to boost engagement (especially focusing on the community component) for the deal.

      • Good to know it’s at least an official thing. I did go and double check the official dominos social medias but even with all the weird 50% off pizzas (and clothing the delivery boy is wearing) ads, they never mentioned it being about a community appreciation week.

        • +1

All the 50% off deals (excluding the Tuesday offer) are referred to as CAW/CAD (Customer Appreciation Week/Customer Appreciation Day). There intent is to show appreciation for existing customers by offering a discount and to draw in new customers to try Domino’s at the cheaper price point.

  • Not applying the discount

    • +1

My bad, premium pizzas are excluded I guess

      • They shouldn't be excluded. What pizza were you trying to add?

Edit: Just played around with this now. Looks like every Traditional & Premium pizza works except 'Double Bacon Cheeseburger & Pickles' and 'Mega Meatlovers.' I have no idea why those two aren't included. You might need to call them and see if they can apply the 50% off for either of them.

  • Others have said they're still the same size (10") but it seems they've shrunk again just recently - I've just measured the diameter of the pizza I picked up tonight and it's 24.5cm which is more like 9.64". Even if I'm off slightly with the measurement and it's 25cm, that's still under 10".

    • Hi @MiscOzB,

I’m happy to confirm our pizzas have not shrunk. Please refer to this and this comment for more detailed information.

In summary, it would cost Domino’s way too much money to shrink the pizzas as they’d need to buy new (smaller) pans for every single store which in turn would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and therefore is not economical.

      • Shhh people dont like obvious facts, its much more entertaining to say cost up an size down, shrinkflation etc

  • min delivery is $22

    • This pretty much kills the deal.

  • I see the new double bacon cheeseburger with pickles isn’t included in 50% off?

  • The impossible range doesn't seem to be included in the 50% off either?

All businesses taking one last chance to jack up prices.

(Lucky dominos has already felt a bit of blow back in their most recent earnings result due to raising prices too fast).

Since the last 50% off nation wide ( in mid June ) they have increased the price of 'Extra Large Upgrade' from $3 to $4 to get 50% more (what they claim anyway).
