    $2k

    $450

($500 if you throw in a monitor)

    • +3

      for you ill do 400

      • +4

        I only need one though.

    About three fiddy

    • +1

three fiddy and a kick in the nuts.

  • If you add up the prices individually for each item it comes to around $2600…..so maybe $2200

I am a tight arse, if I were to buy 2nd hand from you, I'd price as:

    Ryzen 5 7600 + MSI Pro b650-p $520
reason: mwave sells 7600+Gigabyte B650m DS3H for 589.00, and I personally think for this generation, gigabyte make better board than MSI.

    DeepCool le500 240mm liquid cooler $65
Brand new on eBay at $78.24

    32 (2x16) GB adata xpg spectrix rgb 6000mhz $150
because brand new from Amazon is $165 and you can stack discounted giftcard

    MSI 4070 ti 12gb $1100
brand new MSI = $1245, cheapest brand new 4070ti around $1179.

    2tb ssd crucial p3 m.2 $120
This is QLC, brand new around $140 but I personally wouldn't buy it even if it's $120, just put the price down to be somewhat fair.

gigabyte UD 750w gold psu $105
Umart sells 850w version of the same for $119 right now

    tplink archer t52 ac1200 additional wifi/bt adapter $20
I can get a AX200 chipset wifi card for around $25 on AliExpress, come on already.

DeepCool Matrexx 50 4 rgb fans Mid Tower $80
brand new = $97, and I personally won't even get it at $80 brand new because no mesh.

    windows 11 activated $20
doesn't really worth anything even if it's boxed retail version, because you could record down the key and transfer the license later on easily, leave me with nothing to use. Put down $20 just because.

total $2180 based on per part price, however it have 3 part I didn't like (Case/WiFi/SSD), 2 part I can get by but would rather get something else if I have a choice(MoBo, RAM), so I would pay $2000 if I were to get it to make it somewhat worth, factoring my own modification.

if you were building a brand new one of exactly what you had, it'd cost around $2400.

Thanks for that ill take that into consideration and have priced on marketplace accordingly:)

The issue with a lot of ozb'ers is we could buy the parts or even prebuilt with gift cards or on credit cards that provide points for additional savings.

There is always a risk buying secondhand especially when all the parts are somewhat newish - and you've only had it for 2 months.

Why are you selling it to build your own when you already have this?

    • Thanks for the response
Like i mentioned in the post im building my own with a 4090 in it, so instead of upgrading the cpu, the psu, the gpu

I’d rather sell as a whole working package as it’s easier than selling individual second hand parts.

      • +1

That didnt really answer your question but i bought a monitor thats close to 4k and this gpu isnt exactly for high frames 4k

this is why inflation is high, much more money then sense

" I decided to build my own PC "

    GOOD MOVE!

For tips on building a SILENT PC [i.e. WITHOUT FANS] go to this site.
    https://quietpc.com.au/sys-a90-i17

Alternatively, they'll build you a custom SILENT PC to your specifications.

I've recently done a SILENT PC build using the tips from this site. with the following components

    Motherboard ASUS Prime Z790-P WiFi LGA 1700 (Intel® 13th &12th Gen) ATX
a NOCTUA NH-P1 Passive CPU Cooler
    16GB DDR5 RAM in
a MESHIFY Fractal Design case, with any obstructing panels, and all fans removed for maximum passive air flow.

                                ABSOLUTELY NO FANS!

CPU Intel Core i7-13700 Processor 30M Cache, up to 5.20 GHz

A Corsair HX1200 silent power supply. The fan will likely never kick in!

    By the way …
I love the suspense each morning when switching on the PC, not knowing if it’s powered up or not until I hear that power-on beep and finally see something on the screen!

    • Oh, and the whole thing cost me about $2000.

Not too bad for a high performance SILENT PC eh?

Just about all the components were bought from Amazon.

      • Oh, I left out the following SSD in the list above …

        Samsung MZ-V8P500BW 980 PRO PCle 4.0 NVMe M.2 Internal Solid-State Drive, 500 GB Capacity

        • Oh, and i've recently added a FANLESS graphics card.

I specifically wanted NVIDIA coz I love their NVIDIA Control Panel for tweaking the graphics.

          Asus NVIDIIA GeForce GT1030-SL-2G-BRK 2GB GDDR5 Low Profile PCIe 3.0 30W DP 1.42, HDMI 2.0b

          • @Gekov: FYI you can edit your comment within an hour of posting it if no one has replied to it.

No one has mentioned silent nor fanless build. Infact, OP specifically said they want a build for their 4k monitor, which your example cannot do and is actually worst performing than what OP is trying to sell.

Sorry but this is a terrible Idea.

your link to the build has integrated graphics and really shit GPU upgrade paths
        .
Why would i want to switch from a 4070ti to integrated graphics or anything listed in the upgrades?

why would you want a 1200W PSU?

I dont really care for a fan-less PC thanks.

        • "your link to the build has integrated graphics and really shit GPU upgrade paths"

          FIXED!

i've recently added a FANLESS graphics card.

          Asus NVIDIIA GeForce GT1030-SL-2G-BRK 2GB GDDR5 Low Profile PCIe 3.0 30W DP 1.42, HDMI 2.0b

          • @Gekov: I dont know if you read the post but i am not the correct demographic for a $180 graphics card lol

            • @MustardKetchup: "a $180 graphics card"

              I bought it for $120!
You're shopping in the wrong places.

        • -1

"why would you want a 1200W PSU?"

I thought the answer to that was obvious.

          SILENCE and future proofing!

          • @Gekov: Actually i originally bought a Corsair HX1000 but had to return it as faulty.

        • "I dont really care for a fan-less PC thanks."

          To each his own.

Some people can tolerate constant fan noise throughout the day.

Me? I used to feel totally washed out after a day listening to noisy fans.

Once I observed someone's NOISY PC and commented on the high noise level.

They replied that they considered that PC as having a low noise leve!!!
          Believe it or not!

          Not me thanks.

          • +1

@Gekov: you clearly seem to be advertising/working for quietpc. this whole comment seems dodgy..

not interested in a fanless PC / fanless gpu thanks.

            • @MustardKetchup: "you clearly seem to be advertising/working for quietpc"

              NOPE.

Just someone who hates fan noise like the plague, especially if it's very close by and over a long time period, while you're trying to concentrate!

              • @Gekov: "Just someone who hates fan noise like the plague,"

… which is why I'm horrified at the current trend to "frost-free" fridges which would have a noisy fan running 24/7 in the kitchen.

Hoping there's a cyclic defrost option when I have to renew my fridge.

                • @Gekov: "the current trend to "frost-free" fridges"

                  Yes a disturbing trend.

If I had no choice but to buy a "frost-free" fridge sometime in the future, I would disconnect the fan and do the defrosting manually.

"your link to the build has integrated graphics and really shit GPU upgrade paths"

Why don't you check out the site properly?

Many MUCH HIGHER PERFORMANCE [but more expensive] options!

Such as this QUIET ULTIMATE [BUT EXPENSIVE OF COURSE A$2,820.60 ] GAMER …

Quiet PC Serenity Ultimate Gamer Z4
          https://quietpc.com.au/sys-ultimate-gamer-z4

          • @Gekov: Mate please… stop comment.

OP literally has this in the first line of description

I decided to build my own PC with a 4090.

            • @CodeXD: "OP literally has this in the first line of description"

              So …. ??????

This disqualifies anybody from making helpful suggestions?????

              • +1

@Gekov: Iv'e done it guys so you don't have too. This site just uses noctua fans and adds just enough fans to get the job done. It's probably much cheaper to buy your own noctua fans, with a silent case, and tweak them yourself for silent bliss.

            • @CodeXD: "OP literally has this in the first line of description"

              As opposed to FIGURATIVELY?

  • I'm just curious - why are you selling the whole thing instead of just upgrading the GPU?

    • He brought the PC for the GPU but wants to start again with his own build rather than random el cheapo parts from a vendor. Lossing some money but getting what he wants. I've done the same thing, no the ozbargain way but it's fine.

      • +1

Yes that is exactly what happen!
I hadnt pc gamed in over 10 years got back into it with that build above and decided okay i want the best of the best I can get rn lol..

not the ozbargain way I agree but we live and we learn.

I'm picking up all the goodies today if anyone interested in the build i went with let me know :)

        • haha yeah nice one!! I did a similar thing, getting back into PC gaming I realised how good it is!

Although I built my own rig to start so I just need a new GPU and added some other parts.
Keen to hear your build - send through the specs (including monitor!)

          • +1

@jk82: After doing a bit of research I went with this build:

            https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/8n3q6r

i noticed ram was missing but I have the G.skill neo 32 gb cl30 ram

The monitor I got off an ozbargain deal actually, was the refurb Alienware AW3423DW.

            Really cool monitor.

            • @MustardKetchup: That's awesome mate - what a beast! And yes killer monitor - I've got the same one actually.

Another thing I've done which is defo not the ozbargain way, is having my entire game library on Steam. Coming back to PC gaming I just grabbed whatever deals I could, but having a bunch of different launchers sucks. I've since had the mentality of "Steam or bust" and it's so good having all my games in one place. Especially with the steam deck - and for the times I play on my TV using moonlight.

              Happy gaming mate!

    • Well initially i upgraded the ram, then I wanted to upgrade the GPU and that would have likely involved upgrading the PSU. then there may have been a bottleneck with a 4090 and a 7600 CPU which wouldve required a cpu upgrade.

thats like 2 of the most expensive components, might as well build from new and sell this for 500-700 loss

  • We can barter… trade you 10 donkeys for it.

  • +1

    update* Sold for $2150.
Thanks for all the feedback and bartering offers!!!

  • how did you go selling your PC? Unrelated in a way, but I am trying to sell my M1 Macbook Pro 14 and I have had nothing but scammers. I am also in Canberra. I took it down and thought maybe eBay is better

    • Hi,

Yeah sold on FB marketplace, i will say the bonus was that its 4070ti so very current gent and in demand specs.

I got it for around 2700 sold for 2150 - not bad!

    • Wouldn’t recommend trying to ship your laptop, easy for buyer to say it was damaged in shipping and youre sol

Fb marketplace ur best bet imo
