It's not a specific extension there are many and are well known companies
Interesting, I’ve got assets with them. I haven’t received an email but I have received an iOS notification which I haven’t looked at yet. I’ll try and get to that tonight and let you know

I wouldn't be downloading anything to access it - if you're in one of the categories that has had withdrawals enabled already (e.g. custody rather than earn) then they just turned on withdrawals from within the app.
Earn is not able to withdraw yet - whatever you think you received is highly likely to be a scam.
Good point I don't see why it would be any different when earn can withdraw

The extension are just suggestions to what can be used and no link directly
But I do admit it looks sus
I think everyone's earn account received that email . Mass scam email if so
If you do decide to download it, I would suggest you upload it to VirusTotal to scan before opening it.

The extension is a download from crypto wallet providers and not Celsius / Celsius scammers
But it does look sus, the approach
Find Celsius’s official email on their website, then forward the email you received to them and ask if it came from them/is it legit.
Done that but probably won't expect to hear anything
