I've seen this on their website for at least a week so not a new promotion in response to TCB.
I did get an email from ShopBack this morning increasing their signup referral bonus to $30 too.
CR terms are a lot lot easier to meet requiring only $20 spend (not $10 earning of cashback excluding bonus cashbacks). For Topcashback the new signup person need to earn $10 cashback ( which is generally a lot lot more than $20 spending on like eBay etc)

Has anyone else been having issues withdrawing from Cashrewards lately?
Tried to cashout 3 times in the last month and keep getting 'Payment request rejected' the next day which states 'At this time, our system has flagged a possible issue with your account that we need to discuss with you first.' - I have sent 3 enquiries all of which come back to say that I will get a reply within 5 business days but its been 10+ business days for 2 of the enquiries with no reply.Been a CR member since 2015 and haven't had an issue prior.

That usually happens if you've opened &/or obtained referrals from accounts that were opened using the same device, same wifi/mobile data ect based on previous threads I've read. It's usually fixed pretty quickly once they can confirm it's a spouse, brother, sister ECT ECT
If that's not the case in your insurance then I'm not sure however it's not unusual for an enquiry to take a week when they are very busy but I've never had them not respond within 6 business days and every other inquiry was answered within 3 business days other than that once. The fact you are a long time member should go in your favour if there's any ambiguity.Never referred myself or anyone within the same household. I have 2 referrals total (I think), one through Ozbargain (Random referral generator) and I think one via an 'Advertisement' newsletter I sent through a small business as a trial and error…. and I think 1 of those actually did everything correctly (Made their purchase of X amount within X Days etc).
What's the conditions for this referral bonus? Does the referer has limited time to make purchase for you to get referral cash?

For very popular businesses like this it's only going to be shown every 1-2 years and then it's the luck of the draw as the wither the person who was shown your code actually follows through with both joining CR and making the required purchase within the time limit for the particular promotion (if there's a bonus $amount above the usual $10 each for referrer/referee)
But other companies with less referrers and that are reset more often you can get 4-5 per year if you are lucky.
Personally I think both SB & CR codes should be cleared more regularly so inactive members are removed.

Can the referee just make gift card purchase of > $20. Will that meet condition within 14 days.
