Can anyone vouch for this product or brand? The battery pack looks very small for something that supposedly has a 10000 mAh capacity. I've got a suspicion that's it's going to be somewhere in the ~2500mAh range in reality.

    • I reckon you’re about spot on based on the 38.5 Wh rating they provide!

I have one that I use with my Pixel 7 Pro and a magsafe compatible case. I don't have the means to accurately measure the capacity, but I can vouch for it working well with my phone. It also works well charging my Samsung ear buds. For what it's worth, here is an 'honest' review that might be of interest.

    • Yep bought one from the previous deal a few months ago. Works very well

  • can i use this for samsung phone?

    • Yup. Works better so it attaches to your samsung if you have a magsafe case.

  • How long will it take to charge a iphone 14 pro?

  • Bought one half year ago and had to return it because the charging stopped after 20% added on an iPhone 13 Pro via wireless charging while the power bank still had enough power in it.

  • so without a magsafe case it won't work unless the phone has a metallic back?

    • It will work with any phone that has wireless charging, but will only stick magnetically if the phone has magsafe, has a magsafe compatible case or you use the included adhesive metal ring.

    • will work as a normal wireless charging pad just won't stick to the phone

    hmm 18mm thickness

  • I have a rossmoss 5k that is near identical to this (single USB-C port only) and its fine, definitely not 10k though at this size.

gets an iphone charged up from dead to almost full via wireless charging.

  • I have mixed feeling about the magsafe battery pack. You must determine if you are going to use the battery pack every day eg: always attaching to your back of the phone or you only use it when you needed it such as place the battery pack in your bag. If you decide to use it every day and attach it to your device, then this magsafe battery pack could be a bit of heavy for you.

On the other hand, if you carry a bag every time, then this battery pack is fine but you might think what's the point of having a magsafe battery pack if I still need to carry a bag. I would rather to buy a slim power bank and using a cable to charge my device.

I really hope someone could recommend a best one. I am using Anker 622 battery pack (5000mah) at the moment but now there is an updated version which has the USB C port on the side which should be better than my version. However it isn't available on Amazon AU. The Anker 622 only charges at 7.5w.
