Depends which ones you use. I've tried heaps and most just turned my wee a funny colour. I've since found some that do work (for me anyway) but you won't find them on supermarket shelves.
Are they the ones you have to buy in the carpark?

Glad you've found the right vitamins for you. Just so you know, your wee turning a funny colour after taking vitamins is the excess vitamins being eliminated from the body. What your body requires for that day is utilised, and the remainder is excreted.

Before you start any new supplements it's suggest to talk with your doctor, a pharmacist or health professional to find a product that will best suit you. Some vitamins are best taken with another supplements so that your body absorbs what is needed.
