Still at this price it is tempting if you are in the market for something like this. There is one floor stock at Westfield Sydney CBD, it's not set up properly though, I checked it out today.

    Its because the new iphone is out next week which wont be compatible with this dock. There will be lots of these deals this week.

      They'll probably have a dock adapter to use it with the old dock like how they do it with the MagSafe on the Macbook Retina.

    Shit, I paid $180 like 2 months ago! :(

    It's a great DAB+ radio. The iPhone connection is annoying though - hard to fit with a case on

        Yes the sound quality is pretty good for its size - don't expect miracles though, it won't sound as good as some of the more complex (and expensive) compact systems from from Bose for example.

        It also has a 3.5mm output, so sometimes I plug it into my external amplifier for better sound - it is actually very good quality when put onto better speakers!

        It also has a USB input, and can hold an iPad in the dock.

        It's a great unit; I thought it was worth the $180 I paid - so $10.70 is definitely a bargain.

        One of the main reasons I got it over other digital radios was for the large clock display.

    I don't want to use this for the iPhone dock, but the digital radio and also the internet radio looks interesting.

    Can you add your own internet streams to it, say Internode streams that are unmetered??

    Picked mine up yesterday arvo. If you don't mind the UI, all other features are just about spot on. For that price, it definitely is worth the buy.

      Are you able to add your own Internet radio streams to it?

        There's an option to search for live radio and podcasts etc by name, genre, language, country and quality. Anything beyond that, I haven't actually tried. To my knowledge that's the limit.

        There's also an option for media server streaming, but that's something else altogether (I think).
