Not a bad deal for 2 128gb v60 cards.

You need to add 2 items in the cart to get the extra discount.

Whether you're a professional photographer, videographer, or enthusiast, Lexar professional 1667x SDXC UHS-II cards make it easy to quickly capture and transfer 1080P full-HD, 3D, and 4K video. The cards leverage UHS-II technology (UHS speed Class 3 (U3)) to deliver High-Speed performance up to 250MB/s (1667x). This dramatically accelerates workflow from start to finish. For versatility, the cards also work with UHS-I devices at UHS-I speeds, and they're backwards compatible with older cameras and readers, performing at Class 10 speeds when used with non-UHS devices. Cards also come with a limited lifetime product support.

Oh my lord I needed this so badly. Thank you OP!

  • Trying to figure out how many of these I need for my 2 week trip to Japan

    • +4

As a wedding/food photographer, restricting the number of photos you can take makes you more considerate with your shots and forces you to be more analytical, resulting in you becoming a better photographer.

128GB per week is 600 Raw photos per day, if you need more space after a few days you can always buy another card, tech in Japan is cheap and easily accessible :)

      • +1

I'm still relatively new to DSLR photography, so would be inclined to take more photos than necessary, in hopes of ending up with useable shots at the end of the trip. If that makes sense.
600 photos a day definitely sounds like a good starting point.
Also planning to run 2 cards simultaneously, to avoid card failure (1 writing in RAW, the other writing in JPG).

        • +2

Do what you think works for you, we all have a different process, but at that rate you'd end up with over 8000 photos.
Maybe I'm just lazy, but I'd find storing, sorting, and editing all that to be a nightmare.
I keep my camera in single shot mode to avoid this problem.
          Have fun!

Even the pro photographers who take 1000s of photos for a single scene, could be wildlife photographers. Take a lot of photos, that's the beauty of digital photography.

  • Yesterday I saw it for 41$ on Amazon AU, the SanDick goes for 45$

    • +3

But this is 2 for $64.96
      Essentially $32.48 each?

      • +1

Damn, did not notice it lol Then it's all worth it. Let me place and order lol

I only have 2 for my A7iii, can be a good backup.

  • thanks OP, got 2 for my a7 iii

Perfect timing, the 32GB SD card that's been in my wife's camera for almost a decade has shit the bed.

    • If your wife's camera is almost 10 years old this card is overkill tbh.

    • +1

Sandisk is UHS-1 and V30, whereas the Lexar is UHS-2 and V60
Depends if your device needs the additional speed.

    • +2

V30 compared to V60 that OP posted

  • Anyone in Sydney wants to do halfsie? I will buy 1 from you. I will pickup.

    • You pay the full price so it's worth for someone lol The shipping date is 27th August :D

  • +1

note that these are only ~120mb/s write speed
and you'll want a UHS-ii capable camera to make use of the fastest speed

    Edit: now looks OOS

  • -2

    OOS.

For anyone that missed out, these are only slightly more expensive for the same item:

      These are 64gb variants

      • Whoops, indeed they are.

  • Not as good. But same cards (I think!) for $89.50 for 2.
