    Love my SC31 Pro. Cheers for the tip on the magnetic tailcap OP, that's the one thing I thought would improve the torch.

    edit: now I'm wondering if there's a tailcap with button….

      Not for the SC31 Pro, since all the electronics is at the front.

      If you want a tailcap switch, you'll have to look at the Sofirn SC32 or SC33 (or other brands).

          Have the 31T Pro. Nice torch Took a little bit of getting used to the switch operation, hadn't studied the simplified anduril setup and couldn't get it to switch on at one point. IO error.

            @Igaf: Haha when I first got mine, the damn thing wouldn't charge at all. Scratched my head until I realised one of their little 'Quality control checked' stickers was wedged over the contact just enough to break the connection.

            The irony made me chuckle.

    Sofirn Q8 Pro is fantastic, but is a bit chunky. Gets super hot in high mode.
    LT1S is a great unit too, but the larger lantern is way better due to the newer andruil2 software. LT1S is andruil1

        I got one of the early LT1S Pro (also have LT1 & LT1S, great lights).

        LT1S Pro only sits on red, great night light for the bedside table - doesn't bother the wife and pets. Neigbours might wonder why the main bedroom is red light district…

          I was on the fence for the pre-production Group Buy for the LT1S which I regret, cause they were rumoured to change the emitter from Nichia 519a -> Samsung LH351D.

          Just checked the Sofirn Site and it appears to be back to Nichia.

        Personally waiting for the LT1S Pro which is Anduril 2.0.

        My experience is limited with Anduril 2 but Anduril 1 does not require voltage calibration, so is the superior UI for me. I don't need a simple mode as I'm the only one who uses my torches.
        If you plan on lending your torches or buying Anduril torches as gifts then maybe Anduril 2 might have some advantages.
