      Hey all, sorry that I haven't had an update for you as yet, I assure you all that this will get sorted out with eBay so there's no reason to be concerned, we're just waiting on a couple of technical issues to be sorted and the Cashback will be automatically updated ASAP.                             I just received 2x transactions as eBay bonus but the amounts are incorrect. They got tracked at the usual rate of 1% instead of this upsized 10%. Could you please help?

    @gotyourback should all transactions have tracked by now? I made a few transactions. Each time i close browser and start again from SB site. Only the one from afterpay got tracked. The others no sign of tracking yet (didn't use afterpay code as this was one time use). All made within 10 min of each other.

      Hey mate, eBay have a 7 day tracking window so we do have to allow the full 7 days before we can investigate. If you haven't received the tracking by the end of the week, best to submit a Missing Cashback Claim for it so we can reach out to eBay on your behalf.

        It's been over 7 days now for me and mine is still stuck on calculating too.. I made another $50 transaction purchase that night with both westpac and ebay bonus cashback and it got approved by the next day.. Why is my first $240 purchase done for the afterpay deal still stuck on calculating? I did everything correctly just like I did on the second transaction. How do I submit this missing cashback claim? I cannot see any option on the cashback itself it just says "calculating".

          Mine's still calculating too, but other ebay purchases since have already tracked. Came here to see if there were any updates, so seems we just need to hold tight while it gets sorted out.
