    Looks like BWS fixed their price too, I suspect a price error someone used the non alcoholic version price which is around $45 usually.

    Glad I ordered 2 from Amazon, but was excited at the prospect of double cashback from BWS at 3pm AEST today, oh well, half price gin still a winner

        Better? That depends on your what you like. Enjoyment of gin, like everything else we consume, comes down to personal taste. For me:

        Four Pillar Navy Strength
        Four Pillars Modern Australian
        Roku
        Tanqueray
        Bombay Sapphire
        Hendricks

        But seriously, just the bog standard Aldi gin (Darley's I think it's called - or even better their Oliver Cromwell UK-made gin when it's available) is pretty damn good - as good as Hendricks IMO.

        Personally, I think there's too much poncing around with modern gin. Sure, there's loads of flavours available, but if you're making a cocktail, that's meaningless. For me, a tall glass of Darley's and Schweppes tonic, with loads of ice and a slice of lime on a hot summer's afternoon is all I need. Love it.
