Very Small Font on Opera Browser

Hi,

Been browsing this site for years on Opera browser and was working fine, but today for some reason site font is very small. Chrome on same computer hasn't changed. Any idea what happened and how can I fix it?

Computer: Macbook Pro M1
OS: Ventura 13.4.1
Browser: Opera Opera One(version: 101.0.4843.43) (arm64)

Ctrl + 0 to reset default
    Ctrl + -/+ to adjust

Might be command rather than control on Mac.

      • Unless they are using a regular PC keyboard, then it would be the Windows key I think.

        • Ctrl + mouse wheel for me on W11

          • @Typical16-bitEnjoyer: I mean if you use a PC keyboard on a Mac, it uses the Windows key as the command key. Alt also becomes the option key. Other than that they are the same. It makes using PC keyboards on Macs and Mac keyboards on PC very straight forward.

Change your browser to brave or other chromium based browser ??

    • Opera has been based on Chromium for the last 10 years

      • I never said opera is not chromium based,
I said the OP might try changing browser to another chromium based one (because chromium to another chromium is not a big shift)
Opera might have been reliably working for 10+ yrs, but if its giving OP issues, why not give another browser a shot (as he/she said chrome is working fine for him/her)
Hence jump over should not be hard.

Hmm in OP's case he just changed the scale on website man haha, was just a simple " Ctrl + Middle mouse button shift up " needed I guess

  • 101.0.4843.58 is the latest, 101.0.4843.43 should be OK.

  • Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Sounds like a hardware problem with your Macbook.

    Is it still under warranty?

M1 is less than 4 years old.
Apparently Choice cover it for 8 years, onsite, new for old and no questions asked.
