I bought some shoes recently for $5 a pair from rivers. I feel like they were properly priced at that (except the pair that look like they were put together by a three toed sloth, I have no idea who's feet at shaped that way).
There was another post where I bought this boot and 3 other pairs. They shipped the other 3 and refunded me for the only piece I was really after. I.e. even though it may have gotten out of stock, instead of informing me, they shipped me the rest.
Well you were just lucky then. Had things worked out, you would be hand stitching four pairs instead of three!
Rivers online service is garbage
Everything about Rivers sucks, except for the occasional super cheap price; however, this is a lot higher than I have paid. Such cheaply made shoes, my advice wait until cheaper.

This is about the right price for any Rivers footwear these days. They're not a shadow of what they used to be.
