    Nice find

  • An automatic watch that doesn't look circa 1911 for once. Nice.

Circa 1911 watches allow you to check the time at a glance (it's primary purpose). This one requires a lot of effort to even tell the time - a fail in my opinion.

      • It's hardly that bad. See some video reviews.

And it's a damn sight more interesting than the same old sunburst, minimalist automatic than everyone else has.

        • Photo looks deceptively black and then it's almost full silver in the video

          • @th123: That's because the model shown in that video has a regular stainless steel case/band and not the gunmetal version but the face is exactly the same as that of the gunmetal version.

Need a big wrist to handle this bad boy. Looks nice though.

    • With the weight to suit! 363 grams.

My automatic that's 44mm dia in a similar style is 202g and the weight is already noticeable. I take it off when driving (manual car).

  • Ghastly watch, but undeniably a great deal for people looking for a big ol ugly watch

How you could describe this watch as elegant and beautiful is beyond me..

    • +1

I think the dial is quite stylish but Bulova should have done the hands in a contrasting bright colour like red or blue so it's easier to tell what the time is.
      RED hands
      BLUE hands
