    We do have a 30 day returns policy, so if the pillow is just not right you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Our 'The Stop Snore' pillow has a pretty good track record and is knicknamed THE MARRIAGE SAVER at the office. It is a contour shaped pillow designed to coax & hold your body in alignment, with airways open, as you sleep. It can initially take some getting used to, but those that perservere tend to never go back to a traditional shaped pillow.

    I have the King Pillow. It's good!! Truthfully it was a bit high at the start and took some getting used to. Now I really like it, been two years on and my neck pain has been minimal or non-existent.

    I chose this brand because I was looking for a more sustainable option

    Only issue is that it doesn't fit any of my pillow cases

    Bought the THE JUNIOR PLUS last year wanting a super soft and super flat/thin pillow based on the recommendations of OP at the time on Ozbargain and it's been the best pillow I have ever bought.

    Can't recommend it enough, and I'm thinking of buying a second one.

    Great pillows. We replaced the whole house with these. I wish they had cusions as well to replace them.
    I like the high and firm but in the end we all got king pillows with the covers from them as well.

      Great question - Yes our 30 day returms policy does apply. We are a small, family business & ultimately we just genuinely want our customers to love their pillow. If you want to exchange it or return it then we will give you 30 days to do so. Occasionally we might do a stock clearance of a particular style that cannot be returned/echanged, but we will make that VERY clear in the post. We will always do what we can to work with you for best possible outcome.

    Hi, I currently have a denton memory foam pillow around 12cm H (unsure if this is the proper height as its been used). Would prefer a firm pillow but unsure if the height would suit when comparing high and firm and low and firm. If i purchase one and I find it too low (or high) can i exchange for another? Can i return in store as im in the SE suburbs of Melbourne. Or even try out?

      Memory foam & Talalay latex are very different pillows with a very different 'sleep feel'. Memory foam compresses inwards, and they are quite heavy. Talalay latex inherently pushes outwards - when you push your hand down on a Talalay latex pillow it will recover back to full height & shape seconds after you remove your hand. Talalay latex also have a 'soft yet supportive' feel, so even a firm Talalay latex pillow still has a softness to it. But because they push outwards they give that wonderful head & neck support. Like all pillows they will compress when you rest your head on them, which affects profile.

      You are of course welcome to exchange the pillow if it is unsuitable, we have a 30 day returns policy. Unfortunately you cannot swap or return in person. We are an online store only, which is one of the ways we are able to keep our prices low. Our main warehouse is in regional Victoria & we have a small office in Prahran, but it is not always manned & therefore we cannot accept in person returns there.

      'The High & Firm' and 'The Low & Firm' are vastly different pillows - they are at opposite ends of the spectrum in profile. If you like a 12cms profile pillow you may like to consider 'The Classic Plus' which is medium density but definitely supportive.Do note that any Talalay latex pillow you try will feel very different to memory foam. I hope all this helps.

    Have ordered the Soft Pillow and the Low & Soft Pillow. I'm a stomach/side sleeper who likes a soft/medium soft and kinda low height pillow. Think at least one of them should work nicely.

      That is correct. You have 30 days to send it back & can exchange it or get a refund. Do note that we will only over the cost of the return postage if the pillow is faulty, damaged or not as described on the website. We cover the cost of the intial postage, and we do not re-sell returned pillows so - as a small business - we cannot cover the cost of return postage for change of mind as well.

        Thanks for the clarification. I have previously bought the Classic pillow from you guys before and unfortunately it did not help to reduce my neck pain/stiffness.

        I think it might be a little too flat for me as the part of my neck contacting the bottom edge of the pillow just sinks too low leaving my head elevated on a level higher than the rest of my neck/body. Due to this I suspected the Therapeutic, High and Soft or High and Firm pillow could be more suitable, but any thoughts/recommendations?

          Ultimately what you are aiming for is alignment,whereby your spine, neck & head is in a straight line. If your head is tilting upwards then your pillow is too high and if your head is dipping downwards then it is too low. (Google 'neck alignment side/back sleeper' & look at images & you'll see exactly what I mean). So your description above suggests to me that your pillow is too high, but perhaps I am interpreting it wrong. I dont want to recommend a higher pillow if you head tilts up with 'The Classic'. Let me know what you think??

    There should not be an awful smell. Can I firstly confirm that the pillow parcel was fully intact when it arrived to you? I just want to eliminate that it may have been contaminated in transit.
    It is not normal for the pillows to smell. That said, sense of smell is very subjective. Some people with a keen sense of smell may be able to pick up a rubber (latex) odour, and this is because the pillows are stored inside sealed plastic bags enclosed in cardboard cartons at our warehouse. If you have received your order from a freshly opened carton of pillows then that latex smell can well have become trapped. But a couple of days of airing (out of direct sunlight) should eliminate any odour entirely.

    If your parcel was completely intact when you received it then please give the pillows a day or two of airing. If the odour remains then please email me back here and we will work out the best resolution for you.
