Just spent $1,000 on gift cards to buy outdoor furniture and the Myer website won't accept my online order due to their persistent online "Technical error". Tried 2 different devices to no avail.
Their Customer "Service" won't put the order through for me using their own gift cards and won't refund the gift cards.
They won't let me order in store.
I though buying furniture from Myer would guarantee quality furniture and seamless customer service but I now see why they're losing money hand over fist.
Never again.
