Jolse is a large online beauty store based in South Korea. They are offering free standard shipping with no miminum spend for 48 hours (usually US$7.99 or only free with US$70 spend). Prices are in USD. Payment can be made with PayPal.

The COSRX low pH cleanser is the lowest price I've seen - US$2.99 (~AU $4.68)

My last two orders took about 3 weeks to deliver to Sydney metro. It takes a while, often gets stuck in AU customs for a week before being handed over to Auspost. So be prepared to wait.

      Yes. It's not an Australian store. I just link my PayPal with a credit card that doesn't charge currency exchange fee, and pay in USD for the best conversion rate. (Paypal's conversion rate is usually worse than credit card conversion rate)
