Never used oil flush before, Scotty Kilmer is not a fan of flushing your engine.

I think if it's done with an appropriate product it can't hurt the engine. The claimed benefits are improved fuel efficiency, lower emissions & reducing excess heat.
mmm . Those benefits are ubiquitous with every other snake oil product in the car product domain .
If I was buying a high milage banger I would probably give it a go but not on anything good .No, anything new (ie good) should be looked after by the workshop.
If your engine has a sludge issue and you run an effective oil flush through it the loosened sludge has to go through the oil strainer. There's a high possibility of clogging the strainer with no way of back flushing it.
Far better off to change the oil more frequently while hot, preferably immediately after driving while any particulate is still in suspension.
Have a look at some youtube videos on flushing brad. You might be surprised. I was.
