Any of you 3D Printing inclined people got any opinions on this?
    I don't know anything about 3D printers.

      Found this review:
      https://taoofmac.com/space/blog/2023/01/22/1700

"The KP3S Pro, even in the somewhat unfinished shape mine turned out to be, makes for a nice, compact and fast printer that works fine out of the box even without any modifications.

I don’t know if I would recommend it to someone as a first printer given all the above, but I can understand why some people would given the print quality I’ve gotten out of it in the meantime.

But as a (relatively) no fuss hardware platform and a testbed for unambitious mods, I think it is a pretty good deal–as long as you make sure to get the updated version, and assuming Kingroon makes some improvements on component sourcing (shipping a properly silent PSU, for starters)."

I picked up the ono-pro version from the last deal.
For the price it is outstanding.
I am not sure the pro version would offer much for me as I have a few other printers (which I mostly dont use). The smaller print area is fine as I rarely print things that require it. There are a few little things I think the pro improved like belt tensioning and filament runout that are nice and I can implement if and when I get keen.

At $180, I'd go look on marketplace, saw an Ender 3 v2 for 150 a few times on there, it would be much better value

  • Beware there may be stock issues. I ordered on 28/09 and sent an email to double check if my order was received correctly, I still haven’t heard back. I checked my order page and it’s showing a note as “缺货” or “out of stock” haven’t been contacted about this.

    • so sorry for the experience, our KP3S PRO currently all out of stock, if you like, we could switch to KP5L or KP3S for you.

      • Can’t fault them, received my KP5L printer today, it’s a solid machine. Arrived safely and packed well.
