Get a free year of DashPass for Doordash by signing up using the first Amazon link. You also get a free month of Prime.

On Doordash: Offer valid through 7/31/23.
On Amazon CA: Offer ends 06/06/2025.
I’ve previously done free trials for both separately on my accounts, but it still let me get both free.

The Prime sign up is on the Amazon.CA website but doesn’t affect the deal.

Remember to cancel the trials;)

Mod: Comments/reports appear to indicate that you will only receive 1 month of DashPass once you cancel your trial, we will check back in a month to confirm this is the case and move to forums as necessary. Remember to cancel your Amazon trial now or before the month ends. Cancelling the trial still gives you Prime until the end of the month.

Mod 2: Various methods of pausing membership, having AU prime etc. have still not resulted in the DashPass being obtained, moved to forums as unobtainable..

    DashPass membership disappeared soon after cancelling Prime.

    Unfortunately, this deal is a no-go.

    Hopefully, they bring this perk to Amazon AU.

      I cancelled my prime (still have it for 30 days since I'm on trial) and still have my dashpass membership.

      Did you unlink prime to doordash? The prime should still be available unless you got refunded.

        I had a paid DoorDash membership when I signed up for this. Immediately received a refund from DoorDash of a few dollars for the remainder of the month, and could see my DoorDash membership stated an expiry date in 2024.

        After cancelling Amazon CA, my DoorDash membership simply disappeared, and I was recognised as a free-tier user. I have started paying again to resume the service.

    I didn't cancel but paused my prime membership. It said I would keep the benefits but not be billed and be able to resume membership at any point. We'll see how that goes

      I tried the pause function. It says the opposite - that benefits would be paused from after the trial.

      "Your benefits access will continue until September 26, 2023. After that date, your billing and benefits will be paused, and you will no longer be charged for your Prime membership."

    I have an Australian prime membership and signed up to Canada prime then cancelled. my dash pass is still valid until august 2024

      Yes. If you haven't signed up my advice is to wait a month and see what happens to those of us that signed up straight away. If its only a 1 month trial it may not be worth it.

          I think if that's necessary then you'll need to pay for Canadian amazon prime membership for a year to get a year free of DashPass

          Yes - same log in. Cancelled Amazon.ca.
          So still effectively Prime member (here).
          So unsure if that or early sign up did the trick.

      Do you've existing Amazon Au Prime membership ? I can't see the offer to extend for Amazon Canada, may be because my Amazon Au account doesn't have a Prime membership. I can either select keep the benefits or lose all benefits from immediate effect.

    I believe if you have an existing AU prime membership, signing up to the trial via amazon.ca with the same login as AU Prime account will keep the benefits after cancelling. Worked that way for me

    FYI, I just logged into my Amazon.ca account to check when my free trial ended and was offered another 30 days extra extension on my trial, it was just a huge baner on the account management page..so 2 months for free is not bad

    Your Prime membership has ended and you no longer have access to your Prime benefits. Join Prime again and get all the benefits for only CDN$ 9.99 / month. Cancel anytime.

      Same. My Canadian Prime ended today, then DoorDash Pass ended. My Aussie Prime ended last week.
      When I cancelled the Canadian Prime a few days ago, I was offered another month free but didn't take up the offer. Duh!

            @cute as duck: We had to sign up to the Canadian site separately and most people probably used the same details.
            Did you use the same email and password as your Amazon AU? Amazon would have tracked both accounts

            @Joyoz: Same Dashpass valid for a year on both mine and wife account- cancelled CA prime on 26th Sep ( was Valid till 28th)

            Wife had an existing Amazon ( no prime)
            I had a UK one ( no prime)

    I paused my membership instead of cancelling. It is showing paused from today but DashPass is still valid for 12 months. If any change in few days, I'll update here.

    there seems to be 3 options here:
    - the offer to extend trial
    - the offer to have a 1 week trial for 0.99 CAD
    - the option to sign up using a different email and link to Doordash

    I know some have got the option to extend by another month. Anyone here tried any of the other 2?

    Party over. I got charged for one month Amazon Canada and when I canceled I lost the one year Dordash sub. Still, I gained anyway as I had two very financially beneficial Coles orders from Doordash.Update: They are refunding me the charge.

    I signed up on 18th with a new account on Amazon and linked an old doordash account. I canceled Amazon the next day and doordash is still there, says it expires next September.
    I just went and re checked I had canceled Amazon, it was, then it says sign up for another 30 days free starting when my free trial runs out.
    It seems like everyone’s DoorDash is canceled once the free Amazon trial finishes.
    Im thinking maybe I should take the extra 30ml days so then I could get another 1 month free on DoorDash, or I might lose DoorDash straight away if I accept the Amazon offer

    Oddly I still have Dashpass on my account. I cancelled my Prime membership early September reading all the comments here that it wipes off doing so. I created a new doordash account when I first did this.
